They’re still cooking our pig, but there will be feasting soon, then up at I-don’t-even-wanna-think-about-it o’clock to hop to a new island.  Aloha till next time.

Nothing makes Cyndi happier than GOOD food!

Our hotel room is the top floor second from the right.

Jeremy ordered the Ono.  Prettiest presentation of food ever!  AND it was the first time either of us tried ono and it was the best fish I ever tasted!

Pan fried ono with spicy sichimi togarashi, molokai sweet potato puree, Asian sprout salad and lemon grass sauce.

Look at his smile!

I ordered the Mahi, which is a fish I LOVE.  Not as good standing alone as Jer’s ono, BUT we agreed my preparation was better than his.

Mahi and green beans on a bed of pumpkin risotto.

We had hot caramel banana macadamia crisp for dessert served with vanilla bean ice cream.  Yum.
