There are nine lighthouses on the Oregon Coast<\/a>. \u00a0We shot them all!<\/p>\n

\"1-Terrible<\/a><\/p>\n

Above is Tillamook Rock Lighthouse, also known as Terrible Tilly. \u00a0We could see Tillamook Rock from our room at the Tradewinds<\/a> in Seaside.<\/p>\n

But it was usually shrouded in fog, so this is a picture on a clearer day from Cannon Beach<\/a>. \u00a0No getting close to Tilly without a boat.

\"DSC02937_tonemapped<\/a>This is the first view you get of Cape Meares lighthouse. \u00a0Pretty cool, right?<\/p>\n

\nThen you get down to it and it’s kinda stubby and plain.

\nYaquina Head Lighthouse came next and she has a dramatic setting!<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Yaquina Head is the lighthouse we could see from our room at Agate Beach<\/a> in Newport<\/a>.

\"4-DSC03084_yaquinaBay\"<\/a>Yaquina Bay lighthouse came next. \u00a0Just a big light stuck on top of a house!

Heceta Head also had a spectacular setting and if there was a way to drive out to it,
\nwe did not find it. \u00a0So we shot it from a very cool beach.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>Umpqua River Lighthouse is identical to it’s twin sister, Heceta.

\nIt was only 30 minutes north of Bandon, so it was a lovely day trip!<\/p>\n

That brings us to the Coquille River Lighthouse. \u00a0Not only did I find her
\nto be the prettiest lighthouse on the Oregon Coast, she also happened to sit in Bandon where we spent six nights. \u00a0So I got a few shots of her. \u00a0In a lot of conditions.

Cape Blanco lighthouse was the third and final lighthouse visible from one of our rooms. \u00a0Only at night. \u00a0Just a teeny, tiny dot of light. \u00a0Occasionally.\"DSC03251_tonemapped<\/a> \"DSC03259_tonemapped
