I learned that I LOVE lomi lomi salmon. \u00a0(Lomi lomi means massage in Hawaii. \u00a0The salmon is massaged with seasonings and scallions.) \u00a0Poi is edible with a bite of lomi lomi salmon, but it doesn’t add much but carbs. \u00a0The pig was really dry and I did not like it at all. \u00a0Luau chicken and teriyaki chicken were divine. \u00a0Coconut cake was delish. \u00a0The show was worth the price!<\/p>\n

They cook the pig in an Imu or earth oven. \u00a0They started it at 6am. \u00a0Tasted like they could have waited till noon.<\/p>\n

Then they unearth the pig while we watch.<\/p>\n

They take the leaves and rocks off with their bare hands!<\/p>\n

She could really shake that thing.<\/p>\n
