Random Surprises
You always get unexpected surprises when you travel, good, bad and the best kind: places that weren’t on your list that ended up being highlights. We saw “historic banyan trees” just off the Hilo Bayfront and had to go see. That led us to Liliuokalani Gardens.
Puna Coast
I know that we will probably fall madly in love with Kona and with Poipu after we spend some time there, but we are currently wishing we had one more day here along the Puna Coast! Absolutely love the area.
